I feel most alive when I photograph... I love the experience of heightened awareness and a sense of connection to my surroundings. Zen is the quest to achieve enlightenment. To me, Visual Zen is the quest to achieve visual enlightenment, to get to the essence of things, a form of visual Haiku like poetry.
